Warriors Hockey Collaboration Proposal
Mission:
To provide portrait services to Warriors Hockey (WH) and patrons inside the WH training facility.
Vision:
Partnership between the two entities, Gramercy Arts will provide affordable hockey portrait services for club members and allow WH access to the images to be used for marketing the club on social media and print media.
Safety:
To ensure safety and transparency for both the athletes and the photographer, US Safe Sport guidance will be followed. The photographer is an active USA Gymnastics (USAG) Photographer Member (USAG has strict safety guidelines for its members). The photographer will conduct the photo session in an open area that is visible to anyone in the building.

2 Hour Session

Buddy Portrait
Individual Portrait: 3-5 Poses and other request(s) from the Team or Parent
Each Athlete will receive one image with heavy dramatic edits
There is no limit how on many images the client will receive. Enhancements will be added to each image and the client will receive an online album link to share and download the pictures. To allow flexibility throughout the club, Team Managers will coordinate the Time and Day for photo sessions between the individual teams and Gramercy Arts.
