Marketing Materials (Sport Team Portraits)
Each client will *sign a photo release to the club and Gramercy Arts for marketing materials and social media to promote the club’s and Gramercy Arts’ business and services. All individual Portraits will be taken before a Green Backdrop and available to build marketing products.
*Athlete/Guardian may decline the photo release. If declined, the athletes will still be in the photo sessions and have the opportunity to purchase photo services. Lastly, the club and Gramercy Arts will not use images with declined permission to use as marketing materials.

Fundraising Income with All Packages
Regardless of which packages to choose from, any packages purchased by the client will have revenue going back to organization.

Own the Digital Negative
Receive high quality Digital image files and have permission to use the files for any personal use, but not for commercial purposes.

Personalize Swag
Clients can choose any commercial printshop to produce prints and other knick-knacks to create memorabilia.

Support Your Booster Club
When Athletes/Guardians sign photo releases, it builds an image gallery for the club to promote the organization. An active and enticing presence on social media platforms energizes the club as a whole and enjoyment to those individuals featured.
Variety of Choices. Sport Team Portraits targets an entire team. Other than the Sport Team Portraits, other photo services are included in this fundraising proposal.

This partnership will make photography services affordable for clients. In the Sport Team package, Athletes will be in Individual and team pictures but are not obligated to purchase them.

Athletes/Guardians who sign a photo release will allow the club and Gramercy Arts to use and repurpose the images for marketing purposes to promote the club's and Gramercy Arts business, events, and photo services in publications and social media channels. The Partnered Club and Gramercy Arts will not resell images to other organizations without the consent and monetary compensation of the Athlete/Guardian AND Gramercy Arts. Gramercy Arts retains sales profits to cover operational costs and build capital to upgrade and enhance services. With the Athlete/Guardian photo release, the club will make a library of images to market their business. Image copyrights belongs to Gramercy Arts.

For the Sport Team package, Gramercy Arts will take individual portraits before a chromatic green key backdrop. This method creates an efficient editing process for post-production for current and future use. Gramercy Arts will generate backdrop samples maintaining the club's branding, and the club will decide which design will be on the final images purchased by the Athlete/Guardian. The original photos with the green backdrop are only available to the club and Gramercy Arts.
